NOTE March 18-20 – the Ombuds staff will be unavailable as they are attending & presenting at these national conferences: International Ombuds Association -Lisa & Brooke & COABE -Duren.
Go ahead and schedule a meeting with ombuds staff around those dates – remember, no problem is too big or too small!
Reminder: We invite you to the next session of our Crucial Conversations for Mastering Dialogue (CCMD) intensive online workshop will be held May 3-31, 2024. This 12 hour virtual hybrid training builds skills for constructively engaging in conflict —rather than stepping over or around it— turning disagreement into constructive dialogue. Requires participation in four 90-minute Zoom meetings from 11-12:30 on May 10, 17, 24, & 31, 2024 – eastern.

Register now to save $$! Materials fees will increase on April 1. If you are familiar with this workshop – registration is now open. Currently the online materials access cost is $300/person, usually handled by internal transfer. You will need the contact info for your finance person and the account # to be charged when you register. Last day to register is April 22 – Only 10 seats left!
