Ombudsed

Education

The Office of Ombuds Services at the University of Tennessee provides interactive workshops and educational programming designed to strengthen communication, workplace relationships, and conflict resolution skills across campus.

About Our Sessions

Our sessions support graduate students, staff, faculty, and campus leadership by addressing common workplace challenges such as giving and receiving feedback, fostering psychological safety, maintaining dignity in difficult conversations, and navigating conflict constructively.

Workshops are available virtually or in person and can be customized for departments, teams, and campus units.
