The Ombudsperson will continue to meet with graduate students, staff, faculty, and university leaders who are working from locations other than UT and UTIA through Zoom or on the phone for the duration that our institution is responding to COVID-19. Please do not hesitate to contact for a meeting.

The ombudsperson provides executive and leadership coaching to UT/UTIA leaders who serve graduate students, staff, and faculty.
The ombudsperson meets with leaders and offer coaching sessions to engage in collaborative problem solving to navigate complex issues in their units. Contact the office to schedule a session.

Individualized Reflective Coaching Sessions
The ombudsperson works individually with campus leaders as a confidential resource and provides leadership coaching to help them engage in problem solving activities. The ombudsperson can help campus leaders as a sounding board for new ideas and how to go about designing solutions to practical problems by framing them in a manner that leads to opportunities for innovation. The ombudsperson can obtain information in a confidential manner that will help campus leaders engage in decision making regarding a situation while considering multiple problem scenarios based on information that is available.
