In this newly established non-exempt staff position, you will assist us in continually improving support processes for logistics, delivery, evaluation, and development of our growing education and outreach services, including in-person and virtual workshops, awareness & information sessions, certificate programs, and community networking events. This work will include collaboration with support staff from campus partner offices – ex.: the graduate school, human resources, Title IX, etc. – to coordinate streamlined scheduling for Ombuds’ educational programming and events. In addition, you will play a key role in increasing campus awareness and understanding of the Ombuds office by assisting the Educational Program Coordinator in creating, maintaining, and evaluating new and existing promotional and educational resources, materials, and delivery platforms. To support all this work, you will engage in data collection, management, and analysis for Ombuds’ annual reports and internal program evaluation.

Required Education & Experience: A High School Diploma or High School Equivalency Degree with at least 3 years of experience in an administrative or event planning role and experience working with databases.
